Micah once said that every individual must “stand guard every moment at his own doorstep to keep his house sweet and his heart a gateway for praise, wherein the glory of unity is preferred above all else.”<ref>Ibid.</ref> In order to stand guard to protect unity, we must start with ourselves and then move to the circle of our communities and nations.
