जो लोग मनुष्य पर ईश्वर के अधिकार को स्वीकार करते हैं, उन्हें आदर्श समाज में ईश्वर के अधिपति के रूप में शासन करने का अधिकार है। जैसे आत्मा प्रत्येक मनुष्य की मुखिया है और अस्तित्व की आधारशिला है, ठीक वैसे ही ईश्वर आदर्श समाज का मुखिया है। और जिन लोगों में आत्मिक चेतना की अधिकता होती है, वे ही शासन करने के लिए सर्वाधिक योग्य होते हैं। इसलिए सभी मनुष्यों का सर्वोच्च लक्ष्य सार्वभौमिक आत्मा की अभिव्यक्ति है। इस लक्ष्य के अनुपालन के बिना सतयुग की सभ्यता कायम नहीं हो सकती। क्योंकि वर्तमान समय में सभी पृथ्वीवासी इस लक्ष्य के प्रति समर्पित नहीं हैं, यहाँ आदर्श समाज स्थापित नहीं हो पाया है।

If we look up in the sense of looking into the etheric plane, we will find that the golden age as a mandala and as a blueprint for our planet is a reality now.
