Dispensations for youth

I announce to the people of earth that this day a great number of highly illumined souls are being given birth upon the planet Earth. As I am speaking to you these beings ... are being escorted by glorious cosmic beings and angels to the realm of the Lord the Maha Chohan to enter the portals of birth. Mothers expectantly awaiting the incoming children shall now receive transcendent souls.... The people of earth this day are the recipients of a number of great Christs that are taking physical embodiment upon this planet.

I am asking the Lords of Karma for a special grant this night to spread abroad holy illumination’s flame in cooperation with the God and Goddess Meru. I am asking that there be anchored in every university in this land that is receptive to knowledge, especially to knowledge revealed from the higher octaves, a mighty transcendent golden flame of illumination, which shall pulsate three hundred feet into the atmosphere above each university and shall, day after day, hour after hour, radiate ascended master light into the forcefield of the students who are attending these universities.

If the children of this world are to be brought up according to the concepts of the world, then they will be on that roller coaster, that track of thinking that culminates in death.

I say, shatter it! Shatter it! Shatter it! I do not accept that track as inevitable for my children coming into life this day and every day.

And therefore I say, let them be consecrated this hour—all Life, all children, those in the womb and those in the cradle and those no matter what their age—let them be consecrated to the track of victory that was set forth by my Son, Jesus. And I, Mary, declare this day that every child that is born henceforth and every child consecrated by its parents shall be placed upon the track, the mighty forcefield of the life of Jesus the Christ that leads to the ascension! For this is the goal of Reality!

No more then shall parents and teachers steal the children of God for the death track. For I, Mary, have proclaimed this day that eternal Life is the order of the day! Eternal Life is the ray that goes forth to claim every child and every babe that is born! And this dispensation comes forth in answer to the heart calls of mothers everywhere upon the planetary body who in all ages have lamented war and the loss of their sons, who have lamented the loss of their daughters in every form of earthly involvement.

So I say to you mothers of the world, to you fathers of the world who have wept over the loss of your children in one form or the other, let the suffering you have borne be redeemed this day in the knowledge of the hope of the Lord and of His Law which goes forth this day to claim the children of God for the Life triumphant!

Now in this hour, when all the children of the world are blessed with the radiance of the Son of God, I, Maitreya, have come forth to place the image of the Father, of the Cosmic Christ, before the children of the world; for I would tutor them as I tutored Jesus.

And therefore the dispensation shall go forth from this hour that each child that is born of the Heart of God, that has the Flame of Life burning within him, shall receive from time to time the visitation of Maitreya. And I shall place my Electronic Presence, the image of the Christ—of Father—at the side, even the right hand of the children of the world.

And some will see me while they sleep at night; and some will retain the memory of that image. All will know the comfort of having the real Father of Life focus the power of Alpha. And my Presence shall be to them as a rod of authority, and they shall feel the sacred scepter of the Law. And they shall learn to love, to honor, to obey, and to respect the laws of the Father-Mother God.

And I shall tutor the souls of these little ones in the precepts holy; for each one does have a very special work, a divine plan, you know, sent from Alpha and Omega. And from the strands of my heart I shall weave a mighty cable of Light; and I shall weave the strands of their hearts also, blending the fires of the Cosmic Christ with the Christ Self. And thus the overshadowing of Maitreya of the youth of the world shall produce, as above, so below, the macrocosmic Christ, the microcosmic Christ—the fusion of energies as above, so below. And the children shall come to know once again that which they were taught at inner levels.

And I say, no man, no woman, no influence shall be able to take from these children the fires of Maitreya. For my angels shall stand guard; and the angels of their Presence shall stand guard; and the Son of God shall emblazon upon their consciousness the golden dawn of the Age of Aquarius and their place in that age. And so it shall come to pass, they shall all know me from the least unto the greatest. For I AM Maitreya, and I carry the banner of the World Mother! And so in knowing the Father, the children shall come to know that Mother is near.

I ask one thing of you, blest Keepers of the Flame, initiates of Fire—that you shall also pray, as the authority for this octave, that the children and youth of the world shall absorb into their outer consciousness that which I shall impart at inner levels and shall retain within their four lower bodies the sacred image of the Christ.

To those who have shown themselves worthy of bringing forth the Christ—to these is opportunity renewed every hour, every year, every day. And thus, heaven looks first to you, to the Mother of the Flame, to the Holy Family, to the community of the Holy Spirit to impart the most holy offering of avatars descending.

Before your free will, before your souls this night do the angels of record and angels of the Lord read the proclamation: “Opportunity to Bring Forth Christed Children.”

And thus, not bypassing the Mother of the Flame and including all, the Lords of Karma give to you, one and all, the opportunity to elect to bring forth the Son of God. And if you by your free will shall determine to bypass the opportunity, then, as in the parable, our angels will go forth into the highways and byways of life—there to find those who are ready and willing to come to the marriage feast....

And to you I make known this hour that the comet of the century comes to foretell the birth of many Christed ones, many souls who are to descend within the coming twelvemonth. And thus, because preparations must be made, we shall not tarry in our announcement of this dispensation. For those who would apply and receive the seal of our approval and our blessing must do so speedily, that time and space might provide the cradle and the crucible for incoming souls....

I, Maitreya, do send forth the Light—not without warning that if you desire to sponsor souls, the next thirty-three years of your life must be kept in the vigil of Holy Mary as she walked with Jesus, sometimes beside him, sometimes from afar, but never neglecting to hold the immaculate concept for the Christ.

Mothers and fathers of the new age, your service to an incoming soul is not fulfilled until you have seen that one to the thirty-third year of ascension’s goal. There come times along the way when you must give greater and greater freedom with the passing of the tests of the four lower bodies at age seven, fourteen, twenty-one, twenty-eight. And thus, gradually there is the breaking of the tie as the Christ is born and reborn; but never for a moment from near or from far shall you fail to daily invoke the Christ light for those whom you sponsor.

This is the meaning of being the Mother of God. To mother the flame of God incarnate is awesome. It is a responsibility of the ages. And therefore, precious ones, do not take lightly your vows, for you will be held accountable when you stand before the Lords of Karma at the conclusion of this life. And you will be questioned and you will see the record—what you have made of your opportunity to sponsor souls and to dedicate them to Gautama Buddha, to Jesus the Christ, to Kuthumi, and to the Cosmic Christ.

They ask for your calls to Archangel Michael, to the hosts of Light and to the Christ Selves of those who are to bring them forth.... And they see that without these flames which they carry and the dispensations which have also been written on scrolls and handed to them by the angels of record, there will be calamities and cataclysms and disturbances and a great imbalance in Terra.

Saint Germain calls you! Uncle Sam calls you into the service of your country and your earth! The Knight Commander of the Aquarian age has stood before the Lords of Karma this day asking for recruits, looking with the sternness and yet the eternal youth and joy of his Presence which is not customarily outpictured in the representations of Uncle Sam, who appears to be weary and time-worn when in actuality the God of Freedom to the earth is the eternal youth of freedom in the Aquarian age.

And he stands before you to call you to be minutemen and -women of the hour and to call the children of America to return in the tradition of the Boy Scouts and the Girl Scouts of America. And therefore, the blessed master has given the edict of the Lords of Karma to the Mother of the Flame that the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts that shall be formed into a troop—a troop of children moving with the troops of elementals and angels on this campus—shall be formed after the original concept of the threefold flame, the fleur-de-lis carved in gold as the emblem of these precious ones.

And these shall be formed, then, after the tradition of the path of initiation of the sons and daughters of God. And they will see their training and the passing of their tests and the earning of their badges as a duplication of the path of initiation—as training for the greater initiations which will come to them as they step from being Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts to becoming the minutemen and -women of Saint Germain.

I come, children of the Sun, with Jesus this night to awaken you to your inner identity and to your calling, to quicken you as minutemen and -women of Saint Germain and Portia. I call you as the sons of Liberty to march for me in the Coming Revolution, for the Lord hath need of thee. I call you, then, to be the forerunners for the calling together of students in America who are in junior high and high school, who ought to have this light before the fallen ones desecrate their sacred auras, their mission, their hearts and their four lower bodies....

The Lords of Karma have given, then, to me a dispensation that I have implored the dispensation for you, students of Montessori International, to carry my flame ... to the students of your own age across America....

I am calling ... for you to pass this torch heart to heart and hand to hand, specifically to draw souls of this generation into this Community of the Holy Spirit that you might be the ones to bear souls moving into the New Age who will be, beyond the year 2000, the parents of the incoming members of the seventh root race.

We focus the incarnation of the Word in every soul whom God sends forth to be the child of God becoming the son and daughter of God. Why have we announced our presence?... Because the chelas of the Most High God, because the Keepers of the Flame have now, for many a month, implored dispensations of light for the children and youth of earth. And therefore the LORD God has sent us forth, for when these calls reach the altar of the Most High God he sends us as messengers to answer the call. And we have been answering the prayers of the mothers and fathers and sponsors of youth for aeons; but now in the hour when some among those embodied upon earth may recognize our presence and may have a conscious attunement and at onement with our life, we step forth and we step through the veil as the Great Law allows it in this cycle through the dictation of the messenger of the Great White Brotherhood.... In this hour the dispensation is the extension of ourself....

There has been transferred to earth this day a tremendous sphere of light for the action of the salvation of the youth.

At the vanguard of this “Operation Youth” stands Saint Germain, who brought forth the first dispensation for the teenagers of America and the world through the Montessori students just six months ago. All of these dispensations, beloved ones, must be used by you as recipients and guardians of the flame in order that more and more light may be given.

I make known to you that I desire to have you, with Morya and with the Great Divine Director, as continuing chelas. And I make you this one promise: If you will submit yourself, as the messenger who stands before you submitted herself very early in life, as Rex and Nada, Bob and Pearl submitted themselves to me, I will promise you not only the lawful steps of your lawful inheritance of the ascension but also victory in the outer world—that which appears to mankind as success, though we will know it as initiation well passed....

Four pillars in the temple of being are assembled with me, Rex and Nada, Bob and Pearl. They stand, now, Ascended Master Youth ascended. And with all of their hearts’ light and love, from this hour onward they sponsor Montessori International Ascended Master Youth for the victory of light in America!

In former decades of greater purity in education, I will tell you that the legions of my bands, ministering unto the children of America, have assisted them in raising the ascension currents and the Kundalini fires during their very early years through their teenage experiences. And these children have gone forth, and they have been the leadership and the light and the holding of the focus even as the holy ones of India, of the Himalayas, have held that flame.

So pure has been the light of the youth of America until these recent decades when we find that our attempts to raise up that light are aborted—and we ourselves make the karma, in raising it up, of allowing the children to squander that light in the abuses of the sacred fire. And therefore we dare not make that karma, and therefore we no longer come to the schools to render this service except to those who are the chosen few who have chosen to remain within the teachings of their respective churches and temples and to follow the word of their wise parents.

And, therefore, there are the select ones whose temples contain the sacred fire that marks them for an extraordinary mission and service to the light. These souls, in the commensurate nature of their being with the nature of God, do hold the key for the fiery destiny of the ascension in the very earth body.

It is necessary that children, holy children, the innocent ones, are the bearers of the ascension flame to earth. They are the ones chosen by Gabriel and Jesus and Serapis and the being of Elohim. Beloved hearts, understand that the blessed children in the womb and in the cradle are the ones who are saturated with the holy light of the white fire.

We come to adore the light. We come to adore the cosmic purpose of the plan of God. We come in the infinite mercy of Kuan Yin. And we come to implore you to go forth determined, as Lanello and Mother and every one of the chelas of the flame, to cast aside then those serpents who have invaded every level of learning—to cast them aside and cast them out and reinstate the representatives of the World Teachers.

Our hope is for a better world through the raising up of youth and through the transfer of the teachings of the blessed inner man of the heart. This is the meaning of that blessed communion, and we desire to break the bread of our life with all of the children of America and every nation. We desire that our mantle shall be around them in this hour of their trial....

I speak in defense of the holy child. But I speak not only—I act! And I act again through you, among you, and with our angels.

By cosmic dispensation we fill the earth this Eastertide, and we are determined that the children of the sun will be protected by their native purity and shall come into that age of understanding of who they really are: “Lo, I am a Christed one. Lo, I am destined to make my ascension in this life. Lo, I am the Son of God. Lo, I AM THAT I AM.” These are the words of hope that we impart.

Though they know him or know him not, he lives in them for he is come. Thus I, Patrick, proclaim to you the hour when through you the youth of America and the youth of the world shall be, will be, and are taken down from the cross!

O receive them, Blessed Mother, into thine arms. Holy disciples, let them now come into that tomb which is become the place prepared as the laboratory of Spirit in Matter whereby they shall, they will, they are proving their fiery destiny! For Saint Germain is come to anoint them and to give to them the holy alchemy of the new birth. As he gave to Jesus the Christ the key to Pisces and to Arthur the key to Camelot, so he comes to give the key to our youth, all of our youth, to the divine identity.

So by his magnanimous heart, youth of the world shall rise. This, my beloved, is the annunciation of Gabriel Archangel. As I AM the mouthpiece of the one who stands in the presence of God, so I tell you that the tide is turned at inner levels for the youth of this age. And Saint Germain, the seventh angel, does deliver unto his witnesses the alchemical key of the book held in the hand of the beloved one.

Let those who will be called up, then, from America’s youth to defend this nation in this time of trouble know that I, Archangel Michael, am the sponsor of your light and your fiery destiny. You have but to call to me for infinite protection and I will send my legions to your side that you may understand that this is not a warfare of the flesh but of the spirit.

And as you put your hand to the mighty task of the defense of America at all levels, so the light itself will be your shield. And you will realize that you are, above all, the keepers of the flame of Liberty and of Freedom in every nation upon earth....

My beloved, we are here in a most tangible, almost physical manifestation, and we urge you to multiply your calls to the legions of light serving on the first ray. Archangels of light, legions of light, all of those who serve with me are determined to rescue the children of God from their addictions to every form and manifestation of drugs.

We come, therefore, for the rescue of minds and for their protection. And we give our pledge to you who are parents and teachers and family members who have loved ones who are caught and know it not and who become inordinately rebellious and even arrogant, refusing to listen to whatever may be said in defense of their leaving off of this most subtle and deadly misuse of the sacred fire. We make our pledge to you that if you will call to us and to me, speaking my name daily in the name of the Lord, that I will come and I will take my flaming sword and I will cut free that loved one and hundreds and thousands and millions of youth in every nation....

Therefore, to the extent of speaking the Word through the messenger and through yourselves as you deliver the message and give the dynamic decree, we are stepping through the veil! And as you feel the very fire of our Word you can know that that fire is not native to this octave nor to this messenger. It is the fire of God! It will speak through you also when you carry the fervor of love that is the desire to save America and every nation and the youth.

Therefore we come. Therefore we take our stand for light! Therefore we anchor through you an intensification of light whereby your call will increase and multiply and gather a rolling momentum for this one cause—to free the nations from the enslavement of these chemical substances.

Now it is time to reread the teachings given by Saint Germain to beloved Godfre that you might refresh yourselves, knowing the path of Rex and Nada and Bob and Pearl, realizing that beloved Leto desires to open her own retreat to the youth of America to give that training at inner levels to accelerate an entire generation on the path of the ascension....

I trust you will not leave our retreat without singing to her, for she has come here this day with me that you might feel her presence and know her as a teacher of Light. And I say she is a great teacher, clad in the most intense purple robe of light.

She comes to give you instruction in meditation and in the leaving of the body that you might participate in classes held at the etheric retreats of the Ascended Masters each day more consciously one with your Christ Self, more consciously aware of the inner retreat experiences when you return. Thus, there are steps in the Path in bilocation whereby you learn not only to leave the physical body in sleep but also in waking hours to be in many places on the planet at once, going here and there together as a mandala of Light, anchoring these intense energies through your own Electronic Presence [the focus of your Mighty I AM Presence] superimposed with the Electronic Presence of the members of the Great White Brotherhood.

Our concern for the loss of this generation is great indeed—for the information at hand, which we have in our retreat, which has been studied by Casimir Poseidon and others who seek to restore, then, the lightbearers of Atlantis into the New Atlantis of Saint Germain. Our consideration is such that we have joined you in calling for a dispensation from Helios and Vesta for light, for determination, for your organization against the death entity and its legalization in America.

For this is what the legalization of marijuana is. It is the legalization of death. It is like legalizing abortion, euthanasia, all forms of genetic engineering, and suicide itself. It is the guarantee of the individual that he will be protected in the right to die.

Know this, beloved hearts: that the youth and children of every nation need Truth. They need logic. They need a sound understanding of reason and how to move from a basic premise to a conclusion in life. The children are not taught how to think, how to analyze, how to investigate. And therefore, they move on the sea, a turbulent sea....

Let us understand that our laboratory of Montessori International is the most important cradle of the new-age civilization. Our correct alignment, organization of materials, fastidiousness in the creative as well as the initiatic path on behalf of these little ones is to set the course of illumination for this age. Let us spare not whatever it does take to see to it that our method, our courses, our subject matter fills the need, that these children may become shepherds, chalices, leaders because they are also followers of the living God....

How fragile, how delicate is the alchemy of the Holy Spirit working in the members of the soul. Therefore, understand that the Lord will bless you as you recognize, regardless of all attitudes of the world to the contrary, that we have endowed the messenger and the teachers and parents and all who participate with a golden flame of illumination to illumine the world’s children.

Precious hearts, I do shed a tear and I am overcome in this hour to see youth in every nation, your age and younger, who have been wrested from the very hand of their Christ Self! Guns are placed in their hands when they can barely read and write. They know nothing but Communist slogans and their indoctrination is to destroy freedom and America.

Hearts of living flame, I tell you, if you will take the flame of Peace and become pilgrims of Peace in the highest sense of the word, I will be with you to multiply the power of Peace I have given you and through you to reach others by the power of the conversion of the Holy Ghost whereby in the word spoken, the love given, you may draw forth [a “good catch”] from this generation, as mighty fishermen bringing their nets full at the behest of Christ, [and lead them] to the way of Freedom, to the way of Peace.

There is no peace without honor. There is no freedom without love. All misuses of freedom are a sign of the absence of love. All misuses of peace are a sign of the absence of honor. Therefore understand that those who pass through the halls of learning here—of Montessori International from the lowest to the highest grade, of Summit University, and of the disciplines of staff service—may qualify themselves to receive the mantle of disciple of the Elohim of Peace.

Let us renew ... our dedication to the torch that is passed from Gautama Buddha through the hand of Clara Louise to the heart of the Mother of the Flame. Thus we hold, as the ascended and unascended messengers together, the commitment of that torch passed in 1973—that torch for the illumination of the world’s children, for the setting aright of education by the heart, and for the lowering into manifestation of the God-design from Lake Titicaca and the God and Goddess Meru.

Much has transpired in terms of illumination since that sponsorship. This community itself bespeaks a student body of all ages, of great perception and wisdom and knowledge of the real and the unreal. Strides have been made. But this is the year when, my beloved, there is a turning and an acceleration and an option for you to carry, to bear, a more than ordinary momentum of illumination from the Lord of the World—to increase that Light, to increase that perception, to increase the actual potential for the Mind of God in the lightbearers of earth.

Also included in [the Order of Francis and Clare] is the Order of the Holy Child, loved by Jesus, brought forth by Lanello, of which you have heard tell on the anniversary of The Summit Lighthouse. This Order of the Holy Child is the defense of the child in all of the seven rays: the protection of the child, the education of the child, the teaching of the child what is love, giving and receiving. It is a path of purity that is the clarity in the heart to pursue the goal of Life. It is a teaching of science and health and abundance, the teaching and the training of the child of the heart—your heart and other children—in the path of service, the path of freedom and the holy orders. All of these things become a part of our Word and our Work.

Let them be raised up that mankind as well as the angelic hosts might have renewed hope that after the transition of worlds that is coming upon us there might also be a New Day because some have dared to embody from highest octaves and some here below have dared to volunteer as godparents in the earth.

I do like the term godparent, for it does remind you that your children are not your own but that they are God’s and you are God’s parents to them whom they must see face to face. Let it be so.

Open the gates of your temple to these souls of Light who truly come to love you, to help you, to stand by you where you stand and still stand and toil and become weary; they come to take up your plow, to take up your implements of service and to work side by side with you in the maintaining of a community of Light that will one day be seen as the example of a pre-golden-age community and souls who are marching to the Sun.

I read to you now a scroll. This scroll has been penned by the angels of our retreat. And it is the setting forth by the beloved Goddess Meru and myself of the priorities that we see for the protection and the securing of youth to a ripened age of maturity and Christhood at thirty-three:

First and foremost, the dedication of education upon the Word and the Sacred Heart—dedicating the three R’s as the three rays of the threefold flame and therefore setting the foundation whereby all learning might proceed from within....

Parents need understanding and training. Therefore, second on our list is parental training....

There must be as point three a pact made twixt parents, teachers and sponsors of children to work together as a threefold flame of devotion in this community and then city by city. This entails the realization that death and hell desire to devour your children, and therefore, you must pray fervently! You must vow, after understanding the meaning of the vow, to stand between the youth of the world and death and hell....

Fourth on our list must be the white-fire bastion of the vow made.... Once the vow is taken, you must remember the first Mother of the Flame, Clara Louise, who kept a daily prayer vigil for the youth, beginning at four in the morning and not concluding till late morning, praying for all souls of the youth, from the unborn to those in college and beyond....

Community action is next on our list—an involvement of community that does reinforce family as these twin pillars of family and community brace a path of individualism for those of all ages. The breaking down of the family, the breaking down of the neighborhood communities—this is a fragmenting of society and the separation of members of karmic groups as well as individuals of varying ages so that they cannot learn from one another and ripen and mature, as the mature inspire those coming up, and the youth introduce the new wave of a New Age that can also challenge those in the middle of life or retiring.

Community, then, must be a stronghold of values, of serving together, of meeting one another’s needs and of establishing goals and priorities, not the least of which is the protection of that circle of lives. Blessed ones, a community must have more than the survival of itself or its happiness as a goal. It must have a totality of a reason for being toward which every member is galvanized and does rise.

Apropos this, our next point on the list is the training of all members of society, and especially the children, in responsible citizenship—in taking responsibility for the necessary functions of the group, whether as a police force, as firemen, as a city council or as those who are supplying the unguent and the service in order that a community might endure.

When all of the forces of chaos are attempting to break down a way of life, let us turn to the music of the spheres. Let us turn to the quieting of souls, to the invoking of harmonies, to the bringing forth of the golden-age sounds that have not been heard. Thus, this point on our list is an activation from the heart of Cyclopea, who does join us in sponsoring this call. Cyclopea holds secret melodies waiting to come forth that will remind the youth of ancient times, inner vows, other years when beauty and love, even in etheric octaves, was their lot.

The youth need comfort of the Holy Spirit and not surfeiting. Tragically, tragically, few among them in actuality desire a path and a discipleship. Therefore, we do recommend the study and the structuring of a program that does reinforce individuality and thereby diminish the necessity in perilous times for such an emotional interdependence among teenagers as to make them fear to stand their ground for a cause or a principle.

Why is peer pressure of such great consequence, beloved? Is it because of absence of parental reinforcement, understanding and even the camaraderie of a family that is not so distant and that does not set artificial barriers between one generation and the next? Let us not so poorly educate children as to see that they do not know their own minds or hearts or values, having had no noble ideals or stories of saints and heroes or examples of karmic consequences of misdeeds....

Blessed ones, unless there is a determined all-out war launched by those in heaven and on earth, you will find that though all other problems may be solved you will not have another generation qualified to rule, to govern, or to build a society that is just, a civilization that is advanced....

We are the God and Goddess Meru. We are the sponsors and the teachers of Jesus and all who have come to minister unto the sixth root race. Thus, Jesus and many other saints have long studied in our retreat. It is a home base for them. We invite you to come frequently.... Thus you know that with the World Teachers we shall abide with you until every child on earth does have the opportunity to be tutored in the heart by the Holy Christ Self and by anointed teachers and parents and sponsors.

This which follows, then, has been our deliberation. And we place before you our affirmation of the highest use of the presence of God-Justice in the earth:

There are, beloved, conditions upon which earth and her evolutions might be saved. The areas of greatest urgency which present themselves are for the final binding and judgment of fallen angels who have positioned themselves in the economies and the governments of the nations and in the banking houses to exercise absolute control over the people.

Beloved ones, for earth to be saved, World Communism with all of its supporters, agents and tools must go down. I raise my right hand and the fire does flow to turn it back upon itself.

Secondly, beloved, the youth of the world must be delivered of the misuse of the science of rhythm and sound and of drugs and all manner of toxic substances polluting their brains, bodies, nervous systems. The abundant Life and the path of discipleship in Christ must be preserved. And education of the heart unto all children of a planet must be guaranteed....

Therefore, beloved, this defense raised up and the tide turned against World Communism must be the Alpha power of the Spirit of Cosmic Freedom. The caring for the youth, their deliverance from rock music, drugs, a faulty educational system and a tampering with the abundant Life, this is the Omega action of Cosmic Justice. For it is just that the babies, children and youth, beloved, of every system of worlds receive the foundation of the Father/Mother God from inception in the womb unto the fulfillment of the thirty-three-year span for the raising up of the Divine Mother in the temple unto the ascension flame.

Do you think we send Lightbearers to those who will not discipline the self first? I tell you nay. And it does not matter where such individuals are found, even in spiritual movements. The highest Lightbearers preparing to descend, beloved, await those who prepare themselves physically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, psychologically. Those who have the purest desire for God-Good, therefore, receive the souls of highest attainment who also have the desire, the purest desire, for God-Good.

I say, therefore, there must be a judgment in this hour upon those parents who are literally spoiling the opportunity of their offspring for the Victory in this life. Wherefore, I, Gautama, will be in their hearts. I will be in the hearts of those children of the Light and I shall school them in the ways of inner self-discipline whereby one day they shall disapprove and disavow those parents who have done them wrong, but they shall overcome.

the hour has come in the name of Casimir Poseidon and the God and Goddess Meru that the torch of illumination passed to this Messenger in 1973, a torch of illumination for the education of the world’s children, for their illumination, for their preparation [for their sacred labor and the path of initiation that lies ahead], must be taken up by every Keeper of the Flame! For the level of ignorance, of absence of true academics and true studying and learning in this nation, beloved, having reached an all-time high, must now retreat! It must now go down, beloved, for no greater infamy does the Law allow upon the youth of the world without grave karma unto those who stand by and allow it.

At this moment it is the interest of lawmakers and others, president and governors included, to take hold of the reins of education in America. Blessed ones, according to their capacity they extend effort, but I tell you, the education of the heart is that which is lacking. The contribution which can and must be made by the initiates of the Great White Brotherhood [in this Community of the Holy Spirit] to set straight the course of the education of children from conception through age thirty-three must be the first priority beyond survival itself and equal to the preservation of the Teachings....

We laud the effort of [the sponsors of the Thomas More School]. It is most necessary as the Omega manifestation of the Alpha nucleus [already established] in the schools at our headquarters.

Let it be understood, beloved, that these are [intended to be] the archetypal schools [for all children of the Light nation by nation] and they are yet in the experimental stage, as all education must be. For what works is what we must keep and what does not work [is what we] must cast aside. And therefore, dealing with the children of Keepers of the Flame—amongst whom are Lightbearers, those burdened with karma, both ordinary and advanced lifestreams—and their karmic situations all in the same classroom does give one the broadest spectrum of the lifestreams and lifewaves that will be found upon planet earth in the decades and generations to come.

Therefore there is a way. And if you will apply to me and Maitreya, to Jesus and Kuthumi, to the Holy Kumaras and to the Solar Logoi and Sponsors of Youth, and also to Mother Mary and Kuan Yin, to the Karmic Board, and so forth, you will find that we will enter in and show you that there are definite [and individual] approaches to the education of children, who come down the different evolutionary paths with varying backgrounds and that which they have in hand as attainment and that which is lacking in their lifestreams.

All of the possible callings that they could have in life—those careers and those trades and those sacred labors that they may bring forth—must be discovered early by many means. [Children must be allowed to experiment; they must] be exposed at all levels of their education to the [building blocks needed for the] job opportunities that the future holds so that the earlier they demonstrate a liking for a certain calling, a predilection [for a certain type of activity] or a carryover [from a past life] of some genius in a particular area, the earlier they can excel and accelerate [in the skills required to attain the goal] and thereby have that sense of self-esteem [that comes from individual accomplishment].

Thus it is too late to begin [to prepare] for one’s profession in the teenage years. It is too late, beloved, and yet some do not even begin until later in life. The best time to be training for one’s future calling is in the very earliest years. And that is why the Montessori classroom ought to be equipped with every possible stimulus to bring out of [the pupils’] Causal Bodies and out of their souls at a young age an appreciation for the various activities that people engage in on planet earth and which may afford them a livelihood.

The torch of illumination is like the thousand-petaled lotus. It has an infinite number of flames. And this torch of illumination that you may see at inner levels, now held in the right hand of the Messenger even as it is sealed in her heart, has those petals. And each one of you who would become sons and daughters of illumination and sponsors of the education of the youth of the world under the God and Goddess Meru may apply to receive a single petal. And thus you [may qualify yourself to] bear an element of the torch, the torch itself being, as it were, the torch of the Goddess of Liberty. For the Goddess of Liberty's torch is the torch of illumined action for which America was once known....

In the name of Mighty Victory, in the name of all that the legions of the Second Ray have stood for, in the name of the Buddhas and the bodhisattvas, I, Gautama, give the Call to the octaves of Light in this hour even as I give the Call to your hearts. And I call to many [servant sons and daughters of God ascended and unascended who abide in realms of glory] and I call to Almighty God on behalf of those many saints who do not have the necessity to reembody, and I say, if there is to be a world [that is free, that is at peace, whose people are enlightened] and [if there is to be] a golden age for Saint Germain, some who have graduated from earth’s schoolrooms must return!

And if these sons of Light whom I call—some who are ascended ones [and some who are] unascended masters of great attainment who have refrained from reembodying—are to embody, beloved ones, then those of you [who are so blessed as to be] in this Community must make haste to resolve your psychology, to accelerate your chakras, to balance your beings [by right mindfulness and right diet] so that you may provide them with sound four lower bodies and a sound genetic system liberated from the drugs and the chemicals and the burdens upon the body.

Thus, beloved, as I make the Call, the Call cannot be answered by those of Light at inner levels unless it is first answered by those [of you who are] in embodiment; for unless you see it as your priority (beyond the commitment to fulfill the requirements for your divine plan and the ascension) to provide bodies for those souls [of Light who may answer my Call] and to bring them into embodiment and to provide the proper spiritual and academic education for them [once they have safely arrived]—the education of the heart, the head, and the hand so that they are balanced [and fully integrated with Life, as Above, so below,] and therefore ready to truly take on a world and reverse the tide of this descending Darkness—[unless you see and do these things, we cannot sponsor or recommend the incarnation of these advanced souls].

Blessed ones, not only do I call but Padma Sambhava calls, and he calls in this hour as I have not seen him call before. He does cry unto God for dispensations from those in embodiment and from those ascended and unascended at inner levels [that they might] come forth and volunteer to be those who will carry that torch of illumination and will carry it through the Flood and the Darkness and the Cataclysm and the War and who will still be standing in the new era and the New Age to see to it that life, quality life, educated life, life that has as its goal the complete fulfillment of all callings and the divine plan in Matter and Spirit, may continue on planet earth.

In some cases when we have called there have not been those who have been so trained or qualified or had the determination to get the training and become qualified so as to make good our dispensation and our call. Therefore we cannot help but wonder once again whether or not our call for day-care centers and education for children from birth through seven and through the age of twelve will be answered sufficiently to turn the tide of civilization.

The hour does require giants to arise from among you, those ones of stature of ancient times who have taken responsibility for a larger corner of the planet than their own backyard. Beloved ones, a concerted effort will help. But whether or not you accomplish this task will determine not only the course of your own mission in this life but the fate even of this civilization.

It is patently clear, as all know and as the facts have been placed before you, that unless at least a remnant be saved of lifestreams who will focus the intelligence of the Mind of God by a combination of science and religion, of education and the arts and literature, beloved ones, there is indeed the possibility of the loss of opportunity for the perpetuation of the mystery teachings. And these mystery teachings must become a part of the lives of those who lead the nations of this world....

Nevertheless, we place before you that absolute necessity for Keepers of the Flame in their Study Groups and Teaching Centers to make room in their hearts, in their homes, in their centers themselves to bring in the children, whatever children, and to begin to teach them and to show that children from all walks of life, all backgrounds, all economic classifications will prosper under this plan.

Beloved ones, they cannot prosper unless they also have a firm tie to Almighty God, to their own I AM Presence. And therefore, apart from such schools there must be the freewill option for parents to enter their children in religious studies, [where they will also learn] the science and art of ritual and the intonation of the Word. Those who are able to excel on the spiritual path as well as the educational path, these will become the leaders and the shepherds of the coming generations.

We are interested in accelerating the education of children who come through the dispensation of this Church. We are concerned that they will have the wherewithal to bring back the culture of Atlantis and Lemuria from when the civilizations of these continents were at their height. The culture of music is especially important, for it is essential to the healing of their souls.

Let the children rejoice in gymnastics, in physical development, in the healing and expanding of the mind that the mind might be the chalice of the Mind of God.

Let children know at an early age that they can listen to the voice of the Inner Christ and commune with that Christ daily. The beauty of the Montessori method is that it encourages this communion. As you know, Maria Montessori recognized the inner Teacher, whom we call the Holy Christ Self. By constant daily communion, little children are approaching the day and the hour when their souls will be bonded to the Sacred Heart of their own Holy Christ Self.

The hour, the day and the year has come, O youth of the world, when we, your sponsors, send an angel to your side who shall never leave you except you dismiss him or no longer are willing to submit to his counsel.

Thus, beloved, the action of the sacred fire descends. There is first a gentle, moving, rising light. It is soft, like soft summer rain. It is gentle. It is comforting. It is soothing. So in that Presence you feel the gentle washing of the waters of your human consciousness by the Word who is made flesh in you, even the Christ Jesus, your Holy Christ Self.

I, Sanat Kumara, give a special dispensation for all the youth of the world. Whether they have served the light or not, whatever they have done or not done that is of God-good or not of God, I, Sanat Kumara, place [upon them] a mantle as a filigree. It is like a gossamer veil. One can see through it, yet it is an armour, it is a protection. It ties the soul of the child, the teenager, those moving on in years; it ties all to the point of the crown chakra. Affix your gaze on the star of God.

Children in arms and in the womb, infants, those who are well, those who are sick, those who are maimed, those who bear their karma for their evil works and those who bear their good karma for their great good works: I, Sanat Kumara, could not stand by another year, another day without offering this dispensation....

Therefore, I have said: “I will do this thing and I will take that burden upon me. For I cannot bear—I, Sanat Kumara, cannot bear to leave one of these little ones that I might yet touch and bring home to my heart.”...

There is a wonder of God that is a miracle of miracles that is in the heart of every child. Discover this, mothers and fathers throughout the planet! I place this teaching within your inner ear, within your inner soul so that you might understand just how much your child may bring to this world—alleviation from suffering, compassion for life—and how leaders at the level of the military may turn back the engines of war that were never intended to be on planet earth at all.

I speak, then, of those who are beyond the age of child yet whose souls are yet in pain and sorrowing. I come also for the healing of that inner child. I come for the healing of the inner being. I come to heal the pain in the secret chamber of the heart. Let it be so that those to whom I come shall receive me and that I may receive each of you, at whatever age, as the child of my heart.
